Masta Mic is a nickname of Mitya Burmistrov, popular Russian Internet musician, multivocalist and beatbox musician. Masta Mic made his first appearance in 2008, by winning the Russian beatbox championship on Splash'08 festival. He began posting music videos on YouTube in 2009, one of his first video get more than a million views in just a week, and soon reached the mark of 10 million. Masta Mic was first on Russian beatbox scene who began using live looping technology.
